Located in a region known for its hot summers, this hotel's well-lit gardens might not be ideal for a good night's sleep. However, the convenient location offers easy access to taxis for airport transfers and is a short distance from Ponta Delgada's lively atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with fully equipped kitchens and modern amenities. Guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast and are treated to excellent service. The hotel also boasts a beautiful view overlooking the mountains.
The variety and quality of the breakfast options could be improved.

We were in a apartment in the main house, which was huge for two, very well equipped.
The apartment central heating was turned up really high on arrival, which excarbated the dampness. It has been a very wet winter there and the roof was being repaired at the time of our stay. Lots of notices about security measures to take, more than usual and certainly more than experienced anywhere else in the Azores.

Lovely space - large comfortable bungalow, the 15 euro menu for supper was excellent the first night and very good value, less so the next....
Breakfast is very poor, & the only place for wireless internet is by the pool which is dark at night

The hotel's location is perfect, tucked away from the chaos of the city, yet close enough to explore the center and indulge in a beach day nearby. The private gardens are the standout feature of the location, offering a serene escape amid lush greenery and sleepy bird songs. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast spread was decent. The bungalows were spacious and equipped with modern facilities, including a kitchenette to cook your own meals.
The room decor felt dated and could do with a refurbishment.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. We also appreciated the convenience of the parking and transportation options. The location next to the park was fantastic and allowed for easy access to the seafront. The staff were accommodating and made us feel at home.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The interior of apartments we stood in were great - feels like count :)
The breakfast wasn't very big; the personal who was cleaning the room wasn't very accurate (I found all my cosmetics with open cups one of the day - maybe it was a flat reference for tips..). All the rest was excellent!

The room was grand, with a little balcony. You can take a look at the garden and enjoy walking there. It is within walking distance to the coast, but there is no access to a beach. There is good internet access near the pool area, but it does not work in the bedroom.
We did not like the restaurant. Found it pretentious and not very good. Worse, we waited almost 45 minutes before being served and felt totally forgotten (even though we had not ordered anything special). Felt like they had to go get the fish at the local market first ! Food was also very salty - a common fault around here.

The location was perfect for us, as it was not too crowded but still close to the capital and other attractions on the island. We rented a small apartment which had a separate bathroom, sleeping room and living/kitchen room, which was ideal for us as we had a little baby. There was a nearby shop and also a restaurant on site, which was fine too.
Although the breakfast was okay, once a certain type of bread was all taken, it was not refilled. the staff's level of English was not great, but it depended on the person on duty that day.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is not far from the airport and close to famous beauty spots, like Sete Cidades and hot natural springs-which are a must for anyone visiting Açores. The hotel is set in tranquil grounds, where the only noise to disturb you is the birds singing. The well-lit garden provides a lovely atmosphere for an evening stroll and relaxation.
The breakfast can be improved in terms of variety and quantity for latecomers.
